    Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Friday, April 10, 2026
    You must submit a valid Claim Form to get money or benefits from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online by April 10, 2026, or, if mailed, postmarked no later than April 10, 2026.
  • Exclusion Deadline

    Wednesday, March 11, 2026
    Get out of the Settlement. Get no money. Keep your rights. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Action. You will not get any money from the Settlement. Your request to opt-out must be postmarked no later than March 11, 2026.
  • Objection Deadline

    Wednesday, March 11, 2026
    Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved. Objections must be postmarked no later than March 11, 2026.
  • Final Approval Hearing

    Thursday, April 23, 2026
    The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing at 10:00 a.m. ET on April 23, 2026, via videoconference or in person (details will be posted on the settlement website) as ordered by the Court.
